Congress themes include sensitivity of the natural world to EM fields and radiation, as well as research reports on natural mechanisms used by organic life based on EM fields. From the platform presentations, posters and other submissions we have extracted 28 papers to form the Proceedings of the Congress. The formal proceedings took four days, but there was also be an integrated optional event programme visiting the island and its rare biodiversity. For the more active, scuba-diving in mid-Atlantic and horseback riding in the primeval forests at the remote end of the island was also available.
